Testimonials

From Mitch Morey on 11/17/2017

Hi Jennifer and crew, I want to thank you so very much for taking  care of our Motorhome, so we could use it over the Thanksgiving Holiday...I think my coach  battery must be a bit low as the generator did not start for me, but I am sure the coach just needs to run a little bit to charge that battery so it will start up...

Anyway- we really do appreciate you all and are thankful to have such a wonderful company to work with on things like this!!

You have us for life!!!! and I will spread the word as well to friends and family...as a matter of fact.. we lost my wifes dad a couple of years ago AND Mom in Law has a motorhome over in their garage that I asked her about... and she said I don't even know if it runs... They had sold it to their other daughter a while back and then she thinks they (I mean her hubby) bought it back from that daughter when she was done using it.. Anyway- to make a long story short-  I will let her know I have a place that can give it the Look over to see what might need to be done in order to get it running so she might be able to sell it... the daughter (they bought it back from supposedly), has passed away and My Mom in Law doesn't  even know if she has the title... that was something that Dad always handled...We will have to find that out before she does anything!! Lol

Thanks again for your wonderful service!!

Thank You,
Mitch Morey

Here is a recent review from our Facebook Page by Mr. Sean Green:

I wanted a Fantastic fan/vent in my RV but was a little nervous about cutting a hole in the roof etc. This crew did an excellent job, with no collateral damage and my RV was returned clean and ready to go. Also had some cracking seals which were filled. All in all a pleasant experience with friendly, professional team. Thanks

We had an occasion to visit the emergency room out of state and damaged the satellite dish and a few other things.  When we returned, we took the RV to your shop (Affordable RV Repair Center) and had everything repaired.  Not only were you reasonably priced, but you actually fixed the problems.

Previously, we had a wiring problem with cracked insulation on the wire where the generator plugs into the coach (otherwise the shore power plugs into it).  I had it ‘repaired’ at another place and, when I got it back, it wouldn’t plug into the coach without cracking the insulation.  Fixing it was simply a matter of turning the receptacle plug upside down, but that wasn’t done when I got the coach.  Obviously, they had not even plugged it in.

From now on, I will be bringing my coach to you, as I prefer to have the root problem fixed.

Thank you for having a website.  I've got a Dometic RM 2652 that doesn't work.

I was able to lookup the recall info on your website (the link), and low and behold there it was with all the symptoms.

I am writing this because I had a little crunch on my 5th wheel trailer. I took the trailer to Affordable RV for the repair. They told me they would fix my trailer in five days.

I went to see the progress on the repair to see how the repair for my RV was going after a couple of days. The one person I talked to showed me what was happening to the wood under the surface and it was bad. The person told me what they would do to get everything looking as good as new as if it never even happened.

I came back on the 3rd or 4th day and the repair was looking very good. When I came back at the end of the week they had all the doors installed and was looking better than I ever thought it would look. I was amazed at how the repair was looking because I expected to see three or four patches to repair the side that was crunched. So as I looked at the new doors and panel on the side, it was 100% better than I expected it to look after the crunch.

So I want to thank you technicians for a very good job that you did to make our trailer look 100% over what I thought it would look. So I want you technicians to know that you make me feel good about your profession.

So my hat is off to all the techs for putting everything together like a jigsaw puzzle. I'm glad you did 100%!

My expectations were exceeded. And, I like to let businesses know so they continue their efforts.

1st: I was able to come in for an estimate at my convenience. Your competitor schedules estimates which in my case was 14 days!

2nd: While not a complicated repair, you jumped right in and completed it much faster than anticipated (once you got the parts).

3rd: And this is the "going beyond the call of duty": you completely washed the entire motor home. And, there were plenty of bugs on the front from a trip to Colorado.

Thanks for a job well done. While I don't anticipate any accidents soon, I won't hesitate to return. And, I certainly will let others know of my good experience.

-2004 Itasca with rear bumper and cargo door damage.

Have arrived home safe. Thank you very much for your very professional staff and the work that they did for me.

As you know, I bought a new truck while in AZ. I went to Affordable RV on Kitsap Way in Bremerton to have my Tow Bracket installed and my truck wired for lights and my braking system. They were very professional (reasonable, as quoted, timely and pleasant to work with).

I recommend any of you to go there for any repair and mantenance you may need.

I came in on Friday morning and was going camping on Saturday except my popup wouldn't pop.

The crew all jumped in on it, diagnosed the problem and engineered a solution--machining a new part. They even patched a few odds and ends while it was in. In 2 hours, I was done. (Mind you, this was after the other RV place in town said it would take 3 hours just to remove the casing to find out the part number--and they had our camper overnight! And they also said it would then 3 weeks for a new gear mechanism to come in.)

Affordable RV fixes problems by solving problems--not simply replacing expensive parts.
